These Terms govern your use of the Refutics website and service (the “Service”), operated by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited (“Refutics”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Refutics is a software optimization layer that compresses your prompts before they reach a model provider of your choice. You bring your own provider account and key; we do not resell model capacity, and your provider bills you directly for model usage.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, your keys, and activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to breach its security, resell it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes or to violate the terms of any model provider you connect.

Plans, billing & quotas

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and include a quota of optimized tokens; usage beyond the quota may incur overage charges. Prices are shown in INR for India and in USD for other regions. Taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay) to charge your selected method.

Refund policy

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Because the Service delivers usage-based value immediately, fees already incurred are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion for verified billing errors. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of a charge.

Intellectual property & trademarks

Refutics and its software are owned by DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited. Names such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, Gemini, Mistral and Groq are trademarks of their respective owners; we reference them only for comparison and interoperability and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refutics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
