This Privacy Policy explains how DTRAS-G Solutions Private Limited (“Refutics”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Refutics website and service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address, and country, collected at sign-up and billing.

Provider API keys: if you choose to store a third-party model provider key (for example OpenAI or Anthropic), it is encrypted at rest and used only to forward your own requests to that provider. You can delete or rotate it at any time. We never log raw keys.

Usage data: metering of how many tokens we optimized, request counts, timestamps, and error events, used for billing, quotas, and improving the Service. We do not sell your data.

Prompt content: prompts pass through our optimizer to be compressed before reaching your model. We do not store prompt or completion content for training; transient processing is in memory only, unless you explicitly enable features (such as memory) that persist content you send.

How we use information

To provide and operate the Service, authenticate you, process payments, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

Third-party processors

We rely on trusted processors to run the Service, including payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay), hosting and database infrastructure (such as Supabase and our cloud hosts), and your chosen model providers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver their function.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents as required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your account data and stored keys, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Stored keys are deleted when you remove them or close your account.
